Welcome to DelayBuy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Shijing Tongyue Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," "Company") regarding your use of the DelayBuy application ("Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DelayBuy, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

DelayBuy Features

DelayBuy is an intelligent delayed purchasing assistant application with the following main features:

Delayed Purchase Mechanism: Helps users set purchase delay periods to avoid impulsive spending
Impulse Intervention Reminders: Provides rational thinking reminders during the delay period
Consumption Decision Records: Records users' purchase decisions and reasons
Savings Statistics: Tracks money saved through delayed purchasing
Intelligent Analysis and Motivation: Provides consumption habit analysis and achievement incentives

Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous service availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service when necessary.

User Accounts

Account Creation

No account creation required for basic features
Account creation with valid email address required for premium features
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely updates of account information

Account Security

You are responsible for protecting account security, including passwords and login credentials
You are responsible for all activities under your account
Please contact us immediately if you discover unauthorized account access

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

DelayBuy offers free trial functionality
Free users have usage limitations (such as product quantity limits)
Trial limitations are clearly displayed within the app

Premium Subscription

Premium features require paid subscription
Subscription fees are charged through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions auto-renew unless you actively cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period after cancellation

Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to Apple/Google store policies and must be processed through the respective app stores
We follow Apple and Google's refund policies; refunds directly from us are not provided unless required by law
We will assist with refund requests due to technical issues or duplicate charges

Price Changes

We may adjust subscription prices. For iOS, any price increase may require your explicit consent in accordance with Apple policies; otherwise, your subscription may not renew at the new price
For Google Play, price changes follow Google policies; you will receive advance notice, and you may review/manage your subscription in the store

Trials and Intro Offers

Trial periods or introductory offers, if provided, are subject to store terms and may convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled in time

Mobile Application License

Use License

If you access the service via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to:

Install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you
Access and use the mobile application strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service

License Restrictions

You shall not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application
Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, or derivative work from the application
Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your use of the application
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice or marks
Use the application for any revenue generating endeavor or commercial enterprise
Make the application available over a network for multiple devices or users
Use the application to create a product or service competitive with DelayBuy
Use the application to send automated queries or spam

Apple and Android Devices

When you use an application obtained from Apple Store or Google Play, the following terms apply:

The license is limited to use on iOS or Android devices
We are responsible for providing maintenance and support services
You must comply with the applicable app store terms of service
The app stores are third-party beneficiaries of these terms

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The DelayBuy application and all its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
We retain all rights, ownership, and interests
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the application without explicit written permission

User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content
You grant us necessary licenses to use your content to provide the service
You ensure your content does not infringe on third-party rights
